Overview

Buy Back Boards™ is a peer-to-peer marketplace where users can list, buy, and sell skateboards, snowboards, surfboards, skis, and related gear. We provide the platform — you provide the gear.

Eligibility

To use Buy Back Boards™, you must:

Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) Agree to these Terms of Service Provide accurate information when signing up We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.

Buying Items

Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing descriptions and photos before purchasing. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Your payment will be held until you confirm the item was delivered and matches the description. If there is a dispute, contact us immediately at [your email here].

Selling Items

Sellers must only list items in good condition or better, with accurate photos and descriptions. Once an item is sold, sellers are required to ship the item promptly and provide a tracking number. Sellers receive payment after delivery is confirmed. We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend sellers for false advertising or rule violations.

Fees

Buy Back Boards™ takes a small commission from each sale to cover platform, payment, and service costs. Fee amounts are clearly disclosed before listing is confirmed.

Shipping

Sellers are responsible for proper packaging and prompt shipping. Buyers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit, but we’ll assist in resolving disputes where possible. Prohibited Items

You may not list or sell:

Broken, unsafe, or unusable gear Counterfeit or stolen items Weapons or unrelated goods We may remove any listing at our discretion.

Disputes & Refunds

We aim to provide a fair experience for both buyers and sellers. If your item doesn’t arrive, is misrepresented, or there’s another issue, contact support within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds or payment holds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Break marketplace rules Sell fraudulent or damaged items Engage in abusive or illegal activity

Limitation of Liability

Buy Back Boards™ is a platform — we don’t own, inspect, or guarantee any gear sold. We are not responsible for:

Transactions made outside the platform Delivery delays or product defects Any losses resulting from use of the site or products

Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, and content on this site belong to Buy Back Boards™. Don’t steal our style.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. You agree to any revised terms by continuing to use the site after changes are posted.
